I cannot say enough about the administration at this great community, in particularly, Judy, whose passion for care is incredible. Being in this industry, I know firsthand that when a community, such as the Bradford, has a leadership whose core values are rooted in dignity, sense of purpose and open/transparent communication, it always extends to residents and family. I don't live in Houston, but if I did, I would absolutely reach out to them for a loved one of mine.

We moved mom to The Bradford December 2023. We moved from another memory care community that we were unhappy with. The difference was night and day. Enough staff to care for residents 100% of the time. The most loving and caring group we could have asked for. Mom passed at the end of July, but the time at The Bradford exceeded out expectations and kept mom engaged until the end. I believe you choose memory care over a nursing facility for the mental stimulation of your loved one, The Bradford provided a high level.

My mom has been at Bradford for 8 months after living with me for 8 years. I never thought she would be happy anywhere else, or be taken care of in the same way that her family cared for her. The mental anguish making the decision was unbearable. I can now say that choosing Bradford was a great decision. All levels of the staff, from supervision, medical, activities, food, personal care, housekeeping, administrative, etc. are wonderful. If there are any possible issues, they are quick to respond and rectify. It is always clean/sanitary. My mom loves the food and the daily activities including bingo and other fun games with prizes! She has also become quite fond of all the staff who show her genuine attention, care and love. I would recommend Bradford hands down!
