I have a family member here at the facility and everyone has been so help and nice! The facility looks good and well taken care of. The environment is very welcoming, the residents look like they are enjoying their stay here. My love one enjoys going to gym to get her therapy, loves to go have lunch in the dinning room, and enjoys doing activities with other residents in the activity room, she loves to play bingo! I totally recommend the facility for your loves one, everyone here cares about the patients and the families.

Starting in the receptionist area, I’ve always been greeted with such professional professionalism and courtesy going around to the nurses stadium stations. Everyone has always been so very helpful. My mother‘s name is Dorothy Cooper. My name is gary cooper she’s been here for about two years now and I’m very satisfied with all of the care and love that she has given and I want to thank you guys at the Crescent so much for taking care of my beloved mother gary cooper

My husband has been here going on 3 months. Since then he has had a stroke and been admitted to the hospital once. It has been an adjustment. Communication is my chief concern. The availability of staff is spotty and I find out many things after the fact. Housekeeping staff is good. And a few of the CNA’s. I wish they would be more proactive in his daily routine. I can tell they are short staffed and morale is low. We aren’t going anywhere but would like to see some improvement. I really think communication could clear up some of the concerns I have.

Carley's Analysis

Carley found serious concerns about inconsistent care quality, neglect, and slow response times that families described repeatedly, though some recent experiences under new management reported improvements.
