The League city facility is always so nice and clean! Everyone greets you when you walk into the door with a warm smile. They have recently made some updates inside and it really made the facility look nice. I would recommend this facility to anyone looking in the area.
Had to put my 86 year old mother with dementia into a nursing home after a terrible fall and it became obvious she could not live alone anymore. I looked around the area and ended up choosing The Heights of League City for her. It had just been taken over by new owners and they have made a lot of changes, all of which have made this a great place for my Mother to reside. She loves it here and is always telling us how we should move in, too! She says if she had known that she would have been so comfortable and that the staff would be so nice, she would have wanted to be moved in here a long time ago... Couldn't be more pleased with the facility and staff of The Heights of League City!!
This facility is horrible!! The so called new leaders are rude. The new administrator has an ugly attitude and scowls upon her staff, does not speak or greet visitors. My loved one still has not ever seen her and i know she hasn’t seen him!! and I’ve witnessed and heard persons talk negative about staff and other nurses. When I’m on the hall visiting my loved one, Talina or Talia has to be mindful of her choice of words. I’ve heard her bully a nurse at night telling her she is going to set her straight!! Her attitude is horrible!! Jere is very sweet and kind unlike the others and they let Ms Rita go still don’t know why!! This place is just run down and getting worse. Staff is quitting because of these people!! Get them out!! THEY DESERVE NO STARS!! State will be notified and proof will be given!!
Quality Score
Carley found serious concerns about care quality, hygiene, and communication with families, though the facility's physical environment and some staff members were consistently praised as clean and welcoming.
