THE HEIGHTS OF MAGNOLIA

We have been so impressed with every person on staff at The Heights. They are so caring and truly want the best for our loved one. The medical staff, the food service, and also the office staff have all gone above and beyond for us. We are so grateful that we have found a loving home for our brother.

I would like to thank Tami Clayton for all her help getting our Mother in The Heights of Magnolia. Our Mother is doing much better now, she feels comfortable and is getting used to her new place. The facility is a very nice place. The staff are very nice and knowledgeable. Tami Clayton is a great help and does a good job always responds to your needs. She is a great asset to your facility.

Our Mom was admitted into the ER on 12-23-25, at Methodist- The Woodlands, with many health issues that she had acquired from another skilled nursing facility. She was admitted into Methodist -The Woodlands that evening. We were both upset, exhausted, and disappointed that our Mom had to be hospitalized over Christmas. While our Mom's stay at the hospital, her case manager with her healthcare insurance told us about The Heights of Magnolia. We were given Tami Clayton, the Business Manager at the facility as a contact person. Tami is a very warm, caring, friendly professional person that walked us through the entire process of getting our Mom into the facility. Our Mom left the hospital on 12-31-25, New Year's Eve day straight to the Heights of Magnolia. Tami Clayton took care of us, allowing a smooth transition after such a stressful and upsetting situation we were both facing after our Mom was admitted into the hospital. She had informes us that she was afraid, and never wanted to go back to the previous facility she was in. Tami Clayton, the rest of the administrative staff, nurses, nutritionist, the front desk person, and the environmental cleaning staff are first class. The facility is clean, fresh smell, along with a feeling of home, comfort, and a place you can sleep at night knowing your loved one is in a place that truly treats them with respect, quality professional nursing care, homemade hot meals, and a warm loving atmosphere. My brother and I are grateful that we found this facility for our Mom. We would recommend The Heights of Magnolia, it is a 5 star place for your loved one to call home.
