No due diligence! CNAs aren't changing routinely or when needed. They change when they get ready too! My loved one hasn't been changed today since the afternoon! It is now 10p! Ridiculous! Reporting to the State/Ombudsman in the morning!

I was there as part of our church group. We meet with patients in the recreation room. Ivana, the activity director brings those in wheel chairs so they can participate in the activities we prepare. The facility is always clean and welcoming.
