While notariz patient documents as a Notary Public, I appreciated the spacious, clean, and welcoming environment. The atmosphere was attentive, and the front desk was easily accessible, making the experience smooth and comfortable.
I placed my grandmother here while she was in hospice care, and our experience was heartbreaking. The same day she arrived, she was left unattended, fell out of bed, and broke her nose. From that point forward, the care only got worse. There were times when staff would not check on her at all. One day, I had to speak to a supervisor because by 3 PM she was still in the same bed she had been in since I left her the day before, over 24 hours without being changed. Her clothes were not washed, and basic hygiene was clearly being neglected. They would bring her food and simply leave it there, as if she was able to feed or hydrate herself. When I would arrive, my grandmother would be screaming because she was so thirsty. When I tried to ask questions or advocate for her, some of the nurses responded with attitude instead of compassion. At one point, I had to ask someone who was not even assigned to her for help, and even that staff member said, “They should have changed her a long time ago.” This was a horrible experience. My grandmother deteriorated very quickly. She was only there for two weeks before she passed away. This was devastating for our family, and I would not recommend this place to anyone.
STAY away if possible. Make sure to visit your family and loved ones in here DAILY ! Keep on their PROGRESS cause they quickly DIGRESS. Instead of staff assisting patients that are capable to the restroom, they put them in a diaper (changing is every 4 hours). None of the beds have rails on them, due to "safety concerns". Patients belongings are being STOLEN by the staff. The CNA's are rude with attitudes. Physical therapy and rehab is only when convenient. These patients are being left in their bed for hours and hours on end, highly medicated and not receiving the care they need. STAT means nothing when the Dr. orders it. Your lucky if the orders/requests will be fulfilled at all. During the 10 days, NEVER saw or spoke with a Dr. NEVER even received a treatment or care plan. This place is a DYSFUNCTIONAL nightmare !!

Carley found families appreciated the modern, clean facility and welcoming environment, though communication gaps and inconsistent staffing levels were recurring concerns.
