THE HERITAGE MEMORY CARE

My sister and I are so happy that we found The Heritage Memory Care for our mother. The staff goes above and beyond to make sure the residents are well taken care of, participate in activities and they answer any questions we might have. It is a hard decision to make regarding a parent but we feel as if we made the right decision!

My Mother has been a resident for close to six months, and it has been her favorite place since the day she moved in. I cannot even begin to describe how much the entire staff loves on all of the residents. Every time I go to visit, there is a fun activity going on somewhere in the building. My Mother needed two cataracts removed and at her advanced age it was difficult to find people to assist us in prepping her for the procedure, but once we got to The Heritage, they took care of everything. Made sure she was dressed and ready to go, applied the correct medicines pre-surgery, and took care of her post-surgery. We would have never received this type of service anywhere else, and we know this because Mom has been to several assisted living/memory care facilities in the Houston area. The management team are professional, responsive and helpful at all times of the day, and even weekends. The rooms are spacious and quiet. Plenty of activity rooms, and the personal care services are second to none. Such a loving group of caretakers at The Heritage.

My husband Bill has been a resident at Heritage since last February. We moved here from Pensacola FL to be near our daughter and her family. He was in a memory care facility there as well. We have found The Heritage to be all that we had hoped for and more. The staff are a caring, positive group who truly enjoy what they do. There is a great variety of activities going on much of the day. The facility feels so homey and also is extremely clean. The food is excellent. We know Bill is in good safe hands. The Heritage is a happy place to be.
