The Landing at Stone Oak Memory Care Maria Cantu 5 / 5 stars 10 days ago I work for Freedom Hospice. While being in this assisted living facility, I will say is one of the best. They are clean, attentive to the patients, easy to get a hold of when calling the facility. The care team is very nice and you can tell they love their job.
The Executive Director, Nursing Team, Care Staff and Therapy team are phenomenal. Top tier care and attentiveness to residents. If you want an environment that cares for your loved ones and takes the time to educate the family, residents, and team on the progressive nature of the disease and how to develop compensatory strategies, then look no further than The Landing at Stone Oak. Tell them I sent you.
The Landing at Stone Oak has far exceeded my family’s expectations! The Management team and nursing staff are very competent and I highly recommend this facility if you want your family well-taken care of. I would give them more stars if I could. They are that good. Corey
