THE LAURELS IN STONE OAK

My sister has lived at the Laurels for 3 months. The staff is caring and also loving. They love their jobs and it shows. They work so hard to help all who have memory loss and other health conditions. My sister was recently diagnosed with Alzheimer’s and I don’t think there is a better place for her. She adores the staff and enjoys all the ladies and men who she has gotten to know. She laughs a lot and I would say that’s not only contagious, but the best medicine by far ! I want to thank the staff for all their care, as my sister deserves Gods very best plan for her. She also deserves so much praise as has always been an Angel in disguise! Absolutely horrible experience here. Very unprofessional staff who seem more interested in catty drama than being a member of the healthcare industry. Based on other reviews I’ve seen of this place, I’m not the only one who feels this way. Management needs to step in and do some housecleaning and get rid of the bad apples they will tear down your business. The patients and families should be the most important. Will also be reporting to appropriate higher ups so it’s transparent how this business is.

The Haven and The Laurels is a very nice community for assisted living or memory care for your loved one. I has a cozy, home like atmosphere with a caring, professional staff and great service. It has been in the Stone Oak area for over 16 years and treats the residents like family. It is very affordable so you get the best care for a fair price. My mother was a resident in The Laurels and I felt secure knowing she was well looked after and that staff and management communicated with me on a regular basis. I would recommend this community if you are looking for a community that will take good care of your loved one.
