THE LEV AT SAN ANTONIO

I wish to commend all of the good folks at SA Residence for their professionalism and commitment to truly caring about their residents; one of whom was my mom. Out of the many NHs we applied to they were the only ones who took her in while helping the transfer of her out of state medicaid. I was so grateful for the relationship the staff (from front desk to maintenance to nurses to CNAs all the way up to the administration) built with our family that made us feel like we too were part of their community. When it was time for her to be admitted to Hospice they made the change in care and adjustment seamless. I wholeheartedly recommend their community to anyone needing skilled nursing or long term care.

My mother, Josie Espinoza, was a resident at the Lev for close to 4 years, until her passing August 8th 2025. I can not say enough about the care, support and attention that she received, while she was there. There were daily activities that kept her active, mentally and physically. Hats off to the nursing staff, Lynn, Rene, Noemi, Patience and others whose names I have forgotten. With the help of Linda in the activity center, Kimberly in the Social Department, Carrie in the finance department, the personnel at the front desk, the housekeeping department, the kitchen staff, mom’s stay would not have been a pleasant one at all. Mom’s needs and concerns were addressed to her satisfaction, and that meant a lot to her family. Mom was in Hospice for the last few weeks of her life and I can not say enough about the support that the family received from them, along with the Lev staff. I would definitely recommend The Lev for providing great care and support of a loved one.
