THE OAKS AT LONGVIEW

Absolutely love living here. From the office staff, maintenance down to my neighbors. The office staff is always helpful and willing to come up with something that works for your family. It’s been pretty rough for us this past month and the office has done there best working with us. We appreciate everyone here. The community is very quiet, great gym and great laundry room! You will love it here

My apartment is SO nice. The staff was great and has been SO nice and helpful the entire time. They have made leasing my apartment so simple. They took the time to answer all my questions and explain everything! The apartment I toured was extremely clean. There was not 1 roach. Not one bug. These apartments are so nice. The complex is really quiet and peaceful. It’s very pretty, neat and kept. Their prices are so reasonable. I would go In person to see what all the have available as opposed to looking online. The laundry services are very clean. I move in this weekend I am SO excited I can’t wait. The office is decorated so nicely and someone really has a sense of style and knows how to decorate. Whoever designed the apartment and designed the layout did a FABULOUS JOB. They know how to incorporate functionality in a small space. They know how to do it. I want to thank the whole staff who has spent a lot of time explaining things, staying on the phone with me for a while, and making this whole process easy. Thank you Mallory!

I wanted to wait a bit before I left my review. My fiance and I moved all the way from Dallas to Longview and after viewing so many apartments we landed here. We knew almost immediately this is where we wanted to be. We were greeted by Devin in the office who really just made our transition so easy. He really went the extra mile and finding the perfect unit for us because there are soo many to choose from it can be overwhelming lol the property is very quiet and clean. We had one hiccup during move in that was very Quickly address and corrected. Everyone when in the office really seems to care about their residents and making sure we enjoy being here. Devin truly has been 1 call away and handles any questions or concerns very quickly, I just love it here, I can’t enough good things about this property.
