My dad is an assisted living resident at The Plaza, and I am impressed with so many things. The communication between us as family members of a resident and the staff is excellent. The staff shows such love and care for all the residents; residents are treated as if they are their family members too. There are a variety of activities planned to meet the residents' social and physical needs. The facility is clean and well-maintained. We couldn't ask for more!

We moved a parent into The Plaza memory care unit this past weekend, and the experience was incredibly positive and compassionate. Staff made an effort to build relationships, supported us throughout the move-in, and immediately began our parent's transition when she arrived. Every detail was perfect and accommodations are so homey and warm. The process of transition was seamless with collaboration from staff and home health care, the pharmacy, and her prior home. As we left, the staff had already introduced our parent to other guests as a meal was being prepared. Thank you for such a positive start to know our parent is safe and cared for.

My mom is a resident here & was one of the first to move in. The staff are truly caring & the facility is so well maintained & clean. The mantra of “caring” starts at the top with Gina Nance, Director, and permeates throughout the whole living experience and staff. As a family member, I do not worry about my mom. She loves it here and says “there’s always something going on to do here” but also appreciates the privacy in her quiet room when she’s ready for time.
