THE RESERVE AT PASADENA

My mother recently became a resident at The Reserve of Pasadena. All of the staff are so kind and helpful. The residents there are very friendly. They go out of their way to make her feel like family. The facility is beautiful and clean. There are lots of activities offered everyday. She has a physical therapist that visits her weekly. He said that he was very impressed with this place compared to the many other facilities he has visited. After about a month there, we feel like we made the right choice for mom.

We couldn’t be more grateful for this amazing small community. The staff treats our mom with such kindness, patience, and care. From the caregivers and med techs to the kitchen and support teams, everyone is wonderful. The environment is outstanding under the leadership of Ms. Marcie, Executive Director, and her team, Ms. Tori and Ms. Deloise. Thank you for taking such good care of our mom.

This company refuses to pay for multiple AC services provided to this location months ago. We have called multiple times with no resolve. The concierge lady, Cory the maintenance man and Sandra in Accounts Receivables has not been helpful at all and actually rude. Why string us along about possibly using us for repairs and replacements when you never intended to pay for services rendered. I will be filing a complaint to get what is owed.
