This is the best facility i have ever been to. And i have been to very many as a nursing home consultant. Not only is it clean and odor free but the staff is the nicest and friendliest. The nurses aides and the medication aides were wonderful. There is not a negative thing i could say. The rehabilitation dept both PT and OT are knowledgeable and professional and friendly and helpful. This was my second and third admission and it was bitter sweet when i had to leave. They took great care of me and if i ever need care again this is where i will go. Thanks to all - My Reserve Family.
The Reserve at Richardson is a wonderful place with an incredible team. Roy (Administrator) runs a great community with care and professionalism, and Shirley (Director of Nursing) is attentive, kind, and always on top of things. Sheena at the front desk is warm and welcoming — she really sets the tone the moment you walk in. The whole staff is friendly and works hard to create a positive, comfortable environment. They host great events, keep the place looking beautiful, and truly make it feel like home. Highly recommend The Reserve at Richardson for anyone looking for a caring and well-run community!
Our family was so pleased with The Reserve Richardson rehab for my mother’s recent care. The case coordinator, Cindy Powell, worked diligently with insurance to get my mother to this facility as quickly as possible. All the staff were very positive, kind and loving towards my mother and immediate family. I was impressed that when we first got there, they coordinated a group meeting with staff and family to prepare an action plan for mom’s care during her entire stay. The facility itself was very beautiful and well maintained. We also love that they had fun daily activities to liven up the day! The only area that could be slightly improved is the food. I would highly recommend this facility for your loved one’s rehabilitation. Thanks!
