Very clean and well staffed facility Alejandro Garcia along with Courtney were very helpful helping us take care of our beloved family member.
management is very bad thier mean to thier employees especially in evs my daughter got written up for not cleaning a room in 15 min. must want a half ass job rooms are dirty it takes time to clean them and stock up toilet paper and paper towels and hand soap.this place needs better management need to find a good administrator too..
This place is the best nursing home on the southeast side of San Antonio, it always clean. My grandpa loves it so much he asked me to leave a review. The Nursing staff, Activities, people from the kitchen and therapy are so nice and helpful. They always have a party going on. If you looking for a place for your loved one you should definitely come here. I forgot to mention they are like a mini hospital they have hallway dedicated to people who need those special breathing machines.
