I moved my mother into Season's memory care after another memory care claimed she was problematic. At this facility, my mother is doing well. The staff knows what they are doing. They are professional and really care for the patients. Amanda, who is the building manager my mother is in, is phenomenal, professional and communicative. There is no debris inside the building or outside the property. All of the residents are neatly dressed, beds made, and rooms cleaned. My mother is well cared for here. This is how memory care facilities should operate.

Using the services of A Place for Mom we were given referrals for many good care facilities in northwest San Antonio. Seasons was closest to our home and the first place my wife reviewed for her mother’s end of life care. After meeting with Mona Talukdar, touring the facility and finding a private room was available my wife completed the residential agreement the same day. She found the facility clean and pleasantly decorated. The staff actively engaged with the residents, treating them respect. It was obvious the staff had to meet high standards of care which wasn’t difficult since they all demonstrated a servant’s heart. For us, it was important there were 2 hospice nurses on premises Monday to Friday and available for contact on weekends. If you need a secure facility for your loved on there are 3 key code locks to go through for entrance and exit. During a stressful time of trying to choose a care facility we highly recommend Seasons.

Wonderful, personalized care is provided to the residents in a small, homelike setting . The staffing ratio is better than any place I investigated. The activity director is phenomenal, actively engaged with the residents on a daily basis. The food is even good! I am so pleased that Seasons had a bed opening for my husband.
