Food is delicious. Staff is amazing. Communication between myself and staff is great. Atmospheres is welcoming & everyone is friendly. Everyone answers call lights and administration is great. Therapy is great and they listen to all of my concerns.

The nurses are great. This is my permanent home and I feel like I am being taken great care of. The cnas are wonderful with me and are patient with me. Laundry services are great & on time.

I would not recommend this place at all. Half of the new reviews are staff members writing good reviews. Not actual patients or patient families. How do I know? Because my mother was here and I was there 24/7 for two weeks and I know the staff members names. So do not believe the reviews. The administrator April is incompetent, promises change but changes are never seen. My mother was here for two weeks and her call light would be on for hours. I was told that they do not have a working system to alert staff that the call lights are on. So mind you a patient can be on the floor and no one would know they need assistance. The management is always in "meetings" to not speak to patients and their families concerns to avoid accountability. No one can be in a meeting from 8am-5pm. It’s all excuses. They never have proper equipment that is working. This place is dirty and not right for your loved one. The nurses are overworked. When my mother was here there was only one nurse working and only two Certified nursing assistants (CNA) . How is patient care being done properly with not enough people? There is no explanation for anyone, they just stare at you and say we are working on it. But nothing is done. I highly do not recommend. The negative reviews are true because it is the same thing my mother experienced too. Shame on this place! It needs to shut down immediately!!
