I was making a delivery to a resident here and the front desk lady was very rude! First I couldn’t get in because I’ve never been here and there’s a very small sign with the entry code so she had to get up and open the door for me which I think ticked her off already when I went inside I started off with an apology for her having to get up and she rudely said the code back to me and I ignored it. I went on to put the order down in front of the desk and as I was I said to her it didn’t give me a room number but… and she cut me off before I can tell her the name and said with a slight raised voice “well who are you here for”? And that rubbed me wrong so I said back to her I’m not here for anybody I’m just here to deliver this and again with a slight raised voice she said well who is it for and I said well if you hadn’t cut me off and let me finish my sentence then you would of known who it was for I was trynna tell you there is no room number but it’s for a Jennifer. And I turned and walked to the door to get out and you can’t unless they let you out. I asked her to let me out and she told me no to say please and I told her no I’m not saying it nicely because she was rude to me first for a goodd 45 secs she didn’t let me out and I said it again and she said well we don’t have a last name and asked me if I knew how many Jennifer’s they had and I told her no I don’t because I don’t work there and if she had looked at the order she would know the last name. Then she finally let me out. She was an older white lady working 8am on 04/14/25

A place to call home for mom! She really likes it here. Everyone is so nice when I come to visit her. The place looks very nice. The residents just love her. So glad my family was able to home her in such a good place. The employees are all so polite. She's getting very good care. Thank you homestead!! God bless !!
