There’s never anybody around when you need them. They forget to take food to a client, multiple times. They rarely went in to clean the floors after being asked multiple times. One of the med nurses tried giving a client a whole mouthfull of pills when he wasn’t fully awake. Do not take your loved ones to this place. Only one male caregiver that did an amazing job all the times I had seen him.

I recently toured The Villages of Windcrest to determine if it would be a suitable fit for my mother. From the moment I arrived, I was greeted warmly with smiles and friendly welcomes from the staff. I was particularly impressed by the diverse schedule of activities planned throughout the month for the residents, with the added bonus that family and friends can join in the fun! I instantly felt a connection with the place. During my visit, I was invited to participate in their "Glamorous Granny's Day," and it was a blast! I had the pleasure of helping with nail care and giving refreshing spa facials. It was clear that the residents were truly enjoying themselves. The Villages of Windcrest is not your typical assisted living facility. It’s an extraordinary community where residents are treated as if they are living their best life every day!

I like the idea of the variety of activities available. We have sev different types of physical fitness classes plus mental agility (Trivia,Board games) tests, reading and music memory+ listening. Also,so very important, are the shopping trips to the outside community as well as the popular weekly luncheons outside. These, I feel, are necessary to keep us grounded in the real world outside this building. I feel we are especially fortunate to have a Lifestyle Director who listens to our ideas for any additional areas we the residence might be interested in and is very approachable, optimistic and flexible in her
