I would not recommend this facility to anyone who truly cares about their loved one’s safety, dignity, and recovery. My mother was sent here after a fall to receive rehabilitation and regain her strength. Instead of receiving proper care, she was neglected. Within just a few days, she developed a skin rash, was left in the same clothes for days, and went three full days without a bath. Her clean clothes sat untouched. No one should ever have to beg for basic hygiene for their parent, yet that is exactly what I had to do. When I asked the nurse about it, I was met with a poor and dismissive attitude. Only after I made a serious complaint did they finally bathe her. Even more concerning, my mother did not receive the physical therapy she was supposed to get — the very reason she was placed there. Without therapy, she could not rebuild her strength, which defeats the entire purpose of rehabilitation. This is not just poor service — this is neglect. I understand healthcare workers can be busy, but there is no excuse for ignoring basic cleanliness, dignity, and essential medical care. Families trust facilities like this with vulnerable loved ones, and they deserve compassion and accountability. This facility needs better management, oversight, and staff who genuinely care about their patients. Until major improvements are made, families should think very carefully before placing someone they love here. I am sharing this so other families are aware and can advocate strongly for their loved ones.
I can’t say enough good things about Marissa, the receptionist at my dad’s nursing home. From the very first day, she has been an absolute gem. She’s always pleasant and welcoming, no matter how busy things get. Every time I call or stop by with a question, she’s quick to provide the information I need and never makes me feel rushed. Marissa has a real gift for talking with people. She's warm, professional, and genuinely caring. It’s clear she takes pride in making sure families feel comfortable and informed. She truly helps make a difficult situation so much easier, and I’m so grateful for her kindness and dedication.
I am beyond grateful for the care my mother received at this nursing and rehabilitation facility following her back surgery. From the moment she arrived, everyone was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and genuinely kind. The staff went above and beyond to make sure she was comfortable, safe, and well cared for every single day. It meant so much to our family to know that she was being treated with patience, compassion, and respect. The nurses, therapists, and support staff truly took the time to care for her, not just medically, but emotionally as well. You could tell they really cared. Thank you to the entire team for creating such a positive and supportive environment during her recovery. I would absolutely recommend this facility to any family looking for excellent rehab care for their loved one.

Carley found exceptional care quality and rehabilitation outcomes consistently praised by families, though staffing responsiveness occasionally varied.
