The teams take great care of their guests. It is a short term skill nursing care, peaceful private suites. Makes you feel at home. The team work with each other, the care plan meeting is on time. Always give updates regarding your loves one. The building is clean, the food is good.

NEVER & I REPEAT NEVER USE THRIVE REHAB IN PEARLAND My grandma went for the 5 days to give me a break & spend time with my family for respite. This is supposed to give me peace of mind knowing my grandma is in good hands. My grandma came back severely malnourished mind you she already struggles with drinking and eating which the skilled facility was aware of you have to talk her thru eating and encourage her to at least eat a few bites. This was all in the HOSPICE records given to them. She never was taken to the dayrooms to sociaize knowing she was bed bound again this was in the chart and she needs assistance She now has open wounds! Oh and to top it all off. They LOST all her MEDS!!!!!! 🤬 A day later I get them back and none of the meds were given to her and the narcotics are missing🤬 Needless to say I’m reporting the facility to HHSC and Ombudsman in Houston for aging and disability. My grandma has late stage Alzheimer’s, masses, blood clots. Her not having her blood thinners for 6 days is unacceptable! I am her voice and will be her voice

Between 15 and now—around 60—I’ve been to several rehab facilities, worked with many different teams, and had a wide range of experiences. Because of that, I don’t give praise like this lightly. Thrive Rehab in Pearland, Texas is truly the best rehab I’ve been to. From the moment you walk in, you can feel that the staff actually cares. The medical team is kind, friendly, and incredibly patient, and they take the time to make sure you feel safe, respected, and comfortable. They treat you like a person, not a number, and that means more than I can put into words. To the entire Thrive Rehab staff—and everyone behind the scenes who helps patients every day—thank you. What you do matters. You helped me feel supported and encouraged, and I’m genuinely grateful. You’re the greatest.
