Timberwood was such a Charming place to walk into. I felt happiness all around things were cheerful the smiles were wonderful to see. I would recommend anybody even just visiting this place, they will not be disappointed
I’d love to leave 5 stars, but the interaction I had with Kat today was horrendous. Her lack of managerial skills and any type of customer relation was awful today when I asked why people’s clothes were in my Mom’s closet—when there is a sign for laundry not to go into her closet and that I, her daughter, does the laundry for my Mom. She caught an attitude with me and was very dismissive, and then she was talking about me to one of her laundry staff, as I went out the door today. Look, Kat, we’re not in sixth grade. The theft of my Mom’s clothes, the theft of my Mom’s hangers and then other people’s clothes being hung up in my mom’s closet that don’t even belong to her is one of the main reasons that I’m moving her . I’m tired of replacing my mom’s belongings . Also, I had three different nurses tell me that they would have Shawna call me about my Mom‘s care or lack thereof, at the time, and Shawna has yet to call me back. Those are the two people there that could not care less about their jobs or the reputation of the facility, in my opinion. Amber, Megan, DJ, Jamie, Tracy, Neal, Michael, Alex … Miss Netrell… These are the people that made the Facility as good as it was for the two years that my Mom was there.. And Erika is fabulous when I asked something of her. She made sure that she got it done. She went above and beyond!
The staff was knowledgeable and professional and very friendly and I truly believe they will take good care of my mother in-law
Quality Score
Carley found families appreciated the welcoming atmosphere and strong rehabilitation services, though care consistency and quality concerns emerged across some accounts.
