When exploring living options for my mother-in-law, we were beyond impressed with Touchmark Emerald Lake! From the moment we arrived, it stood out from other active senior communities. The atmosphere felt warm and inviting, and the range of amenities, individualized options, and level of care were truly exceptional. Every staff member we met was incredibly friendly and welcoming. The entire community was spotless, modern, and thoughtfully designed. Even more reassuring were the residents themselves, who spoke highly of their experiences and offered enthusiastic recommendations. This place is a cruise ship on land. I’d give it 10 stars if I could. The entire staff went above and beyond to help us relocate a family member from out of state. They are very well connected in the community and helped us also locate a PT rehabilitation facility on short notice. They provided a lot of guidance and insight that made the move in process less stressful. Everyone from the front desk to housekeeping has been extremely kind to her. Special thanks to Rochelle, Danielle, Martin, and Wes. We have peace of mind knowing that our family member is happy and thriving.
