These people are horrible. They stole money from a loved one while there. They were given strict instructions not to allow anyone to touch his things when he passed and his room was cleaned out. Nobody knew anything. The administrator totally clueless as to what goes on in this facility. If you have a loved one there I strongly suggest you have a hidden camera in their room because the facility has 0 camera’s inside to protect these patients. I been meaning to write this review for a while and totally forgot until someone asked me if I knew any facility to place their mom and I told them this place is a solid NO! In fact my loved one received a large sum of money and kept it in a safe that he needed help to get anything out because he was paralyzed. Shortly after he received that money he passes away and money stolen. The possibility of them over medicating him to stroke out has crossed my mind but hard to prove. There have been several posts about this facility over medicating and poor treatment. In fact this patient has called 911 a few times from inside c this facility. Don yourselves a favor and donNOT leave a loved one here.
I was at Town and Country for their PT, OT and memory therapy. I thought it was just a nursing home and was resistant to going. In 2 short weeks I gained strength and balance. I'd had my hip replaced and then a couple of bad falls. All of the nursing staff is wonderful. They are nurturing, prompt and very kind. Delia Martinez is the Director of Nursing. She has formed a team of very competent people. The fact that everyone works there for a long time speaks volumes about the staff. I will definitely go back and have them build me up again should need be .
JULIE, hd of pt, as a person is fantastic , more important runs and excellent at department. My brother is making significant progress after backsliding at previous nursing homes. His room is cleaned routinely and personnel, Derek, a hard working nurse, is upbeat and knowledgeable.
