I came to TruCare Living Centers to meet the staff and check out the facility a little bit. Aaron at the front desk was so kind and helpful, and smiled the entire time! The entry area was clean and smelled good. My first experience was great! 😊
I want to express my appreciation for Trucare. The entire staff is wonderful. However, Mickey Menchanca, their Administrator, deserves special recognition. She consistently shows compassion, kindness, and knowledge for all residents, staff and visitors that walk into the building. She is always available when needed, and does not shy away from any challenge to improve her facility. If you're looking for LTC/SNF, Trucare is the place to be! You're loved one will be taken care of!
This was a great nursing home for my dad. They were very accommodating and worked well with family members. They treated my dad with respect and he was well-cared for. The facility is clean and in a safe location. Whenever I visited, the staff was kind and caring towards the residents. When my dad first got there, he complained that his dinner was not very warm. The nurse made sure to bring him hot meals after that! Everyone was great.
