TWIN PINES NURSING AND REHABILITATION

The staff are horrible. They can't even take care of elderly people why they go to school if they don't know how to take care of elderly people my grandma's been in there since October and they treat her horrible. We always had to tell them that they need to take out her trash out of her little trashcan they re unresponsible what kind of places is that if y'all when to school for to be A CNA y'all should take care of the elderly people, Right They don’t give her medication to her like they’re supposed to. they skipped doses and are very short staff .They gave her someone else’s anabiotic instead of hers. So who got her medicine?She’s always dehydrated. We’re always having to remind him that she needs her water next to her. They take it away where she’s can’t get it. Go in the afternoon you’ll see patients on the floor, screaming for help, and no one’s not even on the hallways for help because of short staff and I have to give them a one star in order to post a statement

This facility is truly exceptional! The team here is made up of long-tenured staff who bring years of experience and dedication to their care. It’s clear they love what they do and treat every resident like family. The consistency and compassion from the staff give so much peace of mind. The environment is warm, welcoming, and spotless. On top of that, the activity program is outstanding! There’s always something fun and meaningful happening to keep residents engaged—from creative arts and crafts to music, games, and social events. You can tell residents enjoy staying active and connected in such a lively community. This is more than just a nursing facility—it’s a place where residents thrive and families can rest easy knowing their loved ones are in excellent hands. Highly recommend! Highly recommend.The staff is friendly and knowledgeable. Admissions was able to answer all of my questions and went above and beyond to make the beginning process as easy as possible. Activities are fun and interactive and the are so inviting to the family’s of their residents.
