VAN HEALTHCARE

My mother went to Van Healthcare for rehab. While the facility is an older one, it is very clean. The staff is friendly and very helpful. Her stay was brief, but she has decided should she need full time care, Van Healthcare is where she wants to go.

Can I give 0 stars? Extremely poor administration. So bad we moved my parent out in less than a month. Rank and file employees deserve kudos for doing so much with such poor resources. If you have an issue, you're met with "We'll have to check with corporate" from administration. Of course, nothing will change until administration or ownership changes. Don't put your loved one here unless you have absolutely no other choice.

The nursing home doesn't know how to care for Alzheimer's patient and so people likes to send there patients to the hospital and dumped them at the hospital.and said one patient could not come back there.
