As a Medication Aide at Victoria Gardens of Allen, she faithfully ensures that every resident … in a facility with over 600+ rooms … receives their medication on time. For me, as a Parkinson’s patient, timely medication is absolutely crucial. Bernadine has never failed me. She runs the weekdays with precision, and even on rare weekends when she is called in, everything feels blessed and orderly. I miss her presence when she’s not here, because when she is, things simply work. She is known as “the Blessed One,” and I call her simply Blessed. She has a routine so precise that she will track me down to make sure I get my pills. That kind of dedication is rare in facilities like this, and I’ve been in quite a few. Her resilience, hard work, and willingness to go above and beyond are nothing short of inspiring. Bernadine doesn’t just distribute medication … brings peace of mind, stability, and care to hundreds of people who depend on her. Nurse Rose, CNA Ic, Medical Aide True, Therapists Phillip, Leo, Dennis and others were consistent in their professional concern and helpful attitude. The atmosphere was one of desire to help me recover in caring, friendly surroundings. The doctors and staff were attentive and concerned with my steady recovery and overall well being.
