Several problems the entire time my grandfather was there. They do not care. Did not take care of my grandfather properly when he has health conditions. Would not recommend anyone send their family members to this place.
Horrible experience with this nursing home. I don’t even know where to start. From medicine being given properly, cleanliness of my dad and the room, toilets not working for weeks, debiting more money from his account than authorized and never reimbursing, not calling back, not answering phones and then sending my dad to the ER so they don’t have to deal with him anymore. Even the ER told me this is something they do regularly. Look else where for you loved ones care.
I spent a month here in 24 hrs. I do not recommend this place for anyone. I was admitted here for inpatient rehab. My first experience was the shower room, rooms don’t have showers which isn’t that unusual, however the SMELL if that place was almost more than I could take. The food smelled bad and for the 2 meals I had there, I wasn’t even sure what it was. The staff were not responsive while I was there. I was ambulatory enough to get up and use the bathroom with assistance however, I had to wear a diaper. I was in a wheelchair and one time was left in the smelly, hot bathroom longer than I needed to be there. I’m not sure where the 4. anything came from. Go spend. a day there before you or anyone sends you or a relative there! I hated it and checked out, with my family’s insistence and ended up in a wonderful place. Legacy in Plano. It was a tremendous experience
