Our loved one was at Village Forest. We thought this was a wonderful facility and that our family member was going to be safe and well cared for. We found out that there was neglect by several of the caregivers and even abuse at the hands of one caregiver. This review is to make families of current and future residents aware that the owners are dishonest and have little clue what goes on in the facility. They also frequently cover up what actually takes place between caregivers and residents.
Angie is a really nice person and kind hearted, even all of the caregivers. The place is beautiful and it makes you feel like home. I’ve been recommended to this place various times. When I get old this is where I want to be
Liz and her team went above and beyond in caring for our loved one during his final weeks with cancer. Their compassion, attentiveness, and kindness toward him—and toward us during our visits—meant more than we can express.
