My husbands grandmother was admitted to this facility, Mario the nurse was kind and diligent. Jessica the therapist treated her with love and compassion.

This place is just horrible and negligent. They have a 25$ gift card for whoever gives good reviews! Don’t listen to the reviews ! The nurses leave your loved ones soiled if immobile. They will deliberately move the call button away from your loved one and their phones if they call you to call the center because the patient had been soiled for a while , screaming for them and they won’t go to her until we call saying she’s screaming for help. Trying to get our love one out of there and they make it hard, my family member was sitting IN FRONT OF THEM when my mom called and told her the person she wanted to speak to wasn’t there and the person who took the call hung up and told that person who “wasn’t there” that my mom was calling and she told them she was out for the day. They are sick for how they treat patients, the room had ANTS on the beds, chairs , walls and they did nothing, nor did they clean the room!
