I was transferred from Presbyterian hospital to the Vintage yesterday. I came with a bruised hip to receive Physical Therapy. I woke up this morning in pain at 6am. I waited for 7 hours to get pain med. I was told the admitting nurse forgot to order my pain meds so I am still waiting. UNBELIEVABLE!! I want to go home but was told the doctor here won’t release me bcuz I have to wait 2 weeks to do PT. There’s no guarantee the doctor said I couldn’t leave but sounds like Administration. I’m counting my days 🙏 update: I am still at The Vintage Retirement Community. I asked for pain meds after Physical Therapy yesterday (approximately 3:30pm) several times and didn’t get pain meds until 3:30am. this morning. The PT & OT has been great 👍 I asked several times to speak with DON, Shanice, and no response. The Corporate office has reached out to me, Denise was very concerned about the problems I have encountered here. I just want the DON here to have Dr. Narreddy to discharge me to go home where I can take better care of myself and take my pain meds as needed without having to wait!!

Incompetent, poorly trained staff, unidentified MEDICATIONS,wake you up at 4am for meds...won't tell you what you're taking, treated as if senile ,'sneaky', do not trust them....only want money.

DO NOT LET A LOVED ONE LIVE HERE. This place is absolutely taking advantage of elderly and it’s absolutely disgusting. The new management has left my grandmother without TV for weeks.. she has nothing else to do. They’ve done away with all activities and replaced their good food with nothing but chicken. AND SHE’S PAYING 100s MORE. This place used to be amazing and she flourished. Now they’re being treated like less than. It has me absolutely outraged. There’s no way to contact anyone regarding these issues. Not a single person that works there cares except maintenance and they’re short staffed. TERRIBLE COMPANY !!!!!!!!!
