Customer service is great. I am always greeted by a friendly person. The facility is clean, the food is good and 24 hour nursing staff is so caring and efficient.
Angel the nurse is amazing ! He's very helpful kind and patient with the residents he gives us a pep talk so that we will want to do physical therapy activities and socialize with the other residents. he makes sure you get and take your medication with a smile. Ms Norma Soto and Maria Romo very excellent CNA'S when you push your button they come right away to see what you want and what you need they make sure you have clean linen on your 🛏️. And when they give you your shower there very gentle. They always have a smile and a kind word for you! John Hernandez is a very efficient floor technician he keeps the floors very clean and shiny every time you see him he's mopping 👍
