Vitality Court Texas Star

AMAZING! I’ve toured several places in Allen and none came close to Vitality! I showed up unannounced and toured with Lisa Guld, the Memory Care Director. The residents were clean, happy, and engaged! You can see and feel the difference Lisa and her team make! I spoke with other family members and they had nothing but wonderful things to say about Lisa, can’t wait to move my dad in!!

I'm not going to paint the picture that my Mom is sweet and easy to work with. She is not! For this reason, we needed a facility to understand and work with us for her best care. Starting from our first visit, Vitality was impressive. We were able to get Mom moved in and transitioned easily. She has now been there over a year, and we have had ZERO incidents with Vitality. My Mom is another story! They have been consistent in their care and concern for her health, as well as checking in on her when she fails to show up for dinner or activities. Having a medical team on staff is a true asset and helps us understand her medications and adjustments more fully. Thank you for EVERYTHING. I would highly recommend this facility! I’m extremely disappointed with the conditions at this retirement community where my mom lives. The food is absolutely unacceptable. Several times it’s been served with black and brown hairs in it, and the portions are so small that residents often leave meals still hungry. The kitchen and staff are also very rude and dismissive when concerns are brought up, showing no respect or care for the residents. It’s heartbreaking to see our loved ones treated this way. This place seriously needs new management and higher standards for food safety and staff professionalism.
