Dear Executive Administrative leadership of the Wellington Rehabilitation and Health, Please accept this letter of appreciation and recommendation for head nurse Pam, who demonstrates the core values of moral integrity, tenacity, social courage, perseverance, politeness, and the utmost professionalism. The Head Nurse Pam demonstrates love and concern for all her patients. She provides a powerful commitment to the healthcare of my godfather, and I highly recommend that the director Gregory and the other executive leaders consider providing her with an employee of the year award, merit pay increase, a 6-week paid vacation, and a job promotion. Also, the director, Gregory, demonstrates persistence and determination, along with magnificent communication skills and a genuine concern for all staff and clients at the rehabilitation center. Lastly, the medical professional receptionist, Savannah, demonstrates the core values of altruism, politeness, kindness, tenacity, motivation, and dignity with love or concern to all staff, clients, and family members.

Wellington was a very nice clean facility. The staff was very helpful to me and seemed to be on top of the patients needs & care. Very nice outdoor areas that can be used as visiting area during nice days. Gotta be honest here and I used to not like this rehabilitation/nursing home but I was totally blown away by the improvements they have made over the years. I now would highly reccomend Wellington !!

My father was recently cared for at Wellington Rehab. The staff was warm and friendly. I felt my father was in good hands. The physical therapists took the time to check in and speak at length with us. This facility has a homey environment!!
