I am so glad my sister is at your facility. She is being taken care of very well. I love all the different activities to keep the residents busy.

My son is in this rehab . As I walked in to visit him the place was clean . The staff friendly and his room was great . This is a place I would refer anyone as a nurse , a mother or friend.

I visited many Rehabilitation nursing homes in the past 4 years. West Houston Rehabilitation Health care has been the only one so far that im pleased with. I like the staff who are always cordial. I like the fact that when I walk in the smell of the facility is cleaner than others. I see how patients are treated i always keep my eyes and ears open. I have my brother who lives in this facility and check on him quite often. So far I see patients being treated ok. I've met many patients living there that are sane and have become dear to me. There are many that do not have the understanding of life anymore, but I can see that the staff are taking care of them. Im pleased that if there is a situation that comes up im able to sit and speak with Mr. Mike who runs this phycility. Hes very understanding and polite. He takes the time to listen and does his best to take care of the situations. I can see he has a heart for the patients. And that is something very important to me. Not only for my brother but for all patients living there. The patients have games that they can interact with. Sometimes music just filling the place with entertainment. Which is also very important for all patients. So far I give thumbs up on this location. Its a peaceful thought knowing your loved one is being taken care of. And if theres issues speak to Mr. Mike.
