The drive into West Oaks was a pleasant surprise, it is tucked into some oak trees. I Visited a friend there - the place was clean, did not smell at all, did not have a nursing home or rehab vibe. The person at the front desk was helpful and friendly. The staff were all so kind and upbeat. You could feel the positive energy of the environment and staff. I would recommend this facility.
It takes a village to raise a child, but it also takes a village to care for our elders. No matter how much love one person is willing to give, it can be overwhelming. But when others step in and lend a hand, it brings relief to the loved ones. I'm eternally grateful for everyone who has helped me.
I love this nursing home. They offer the best care. All of the nurses and staff are friendly, and respectful. They have lots of fun activities for their patients. I go to visit everyone every couple of weeks.
