Worse place ever and talk about Texas State procedures being ignored.Many residents there hate it and I get why.Avoid this place they have a small handful of good dedicated staff but the rest don't care !

Worst place to take a loved one! Weekend rent-a-nurses are not happy to be there. Not a good place at all for Veterans! Only gave a star because it was needed to post! Poor administration!

This nursing home is very clean, and the staff members are very professional. The residents receive good quality care.
