Dad had a little over 3 week stay here to help him get back to walking. He said the nursing staff was good to him. They treated him well. The food portion was insanely small. My dad is not a big eater. He is an average eater if that. We were having to constantly bring him food. Special thank you to Mrs. Pam who stayed in contact with me regarding issues with insurance. She is a gem there. Left a message with the administrator and never got a return call. She is a 👎 as far as I am concerned. You won't change my mind on that. Social worker did not get Dad the things he needed. When we left I was under the impression they were on order. It was taking a while for my dad's shower chair to come in. My PCP checked and there was no order. Go figure. Thank you Sir for that. My dad had a PICC line that was next to his dialysis port that stayed for the entire 3 weeks that my dad was there. Dr Opperman at Methodist was highly concerned and upset that this facility put my dad in danger of getting an infection. It was like people were going in circles but nobody was getting things done. Our PCP said he put the order in to get the PICC line removed and it just never got done. I'm really praying that someone intervenes and makes a change in that place because our Seniors deserve so much better.

I have a family member living here temporarily for therapy,I was skeptical at first ,but the staff and aides, therapy department listened to my concerns about my husband, also they helped to make me feel more comfortable with him being admitted here,he has shown Great improvement in the 20days he has been admitted,I want to Thank everyone that helped him to get better.I especially want to Thank the nursing staff on December 4, for their prompt attendance for taking care of Tonny because he could have died, but they knew what to do, and he is much better today. Thank you all very much! 🙂

No stars here! But I have to select at least one star to post this review. There are too many issues to point out. However, one of my main concerns is the building is chronically under staffed. Although they try to hire new employees they just don't last. Therefore, I recommend that if you have a loved one in this facility please check on them often. Besides the lack of care, there is the need for compassion. What is apparent to me is no one is going to treat your loved one like you expect them to even if they are getting paid to do so... it's just not going to happen. My hope is that one day they will get it together and the residents will be treated with the dignity and respect they deserve. Also, the residents will receive quality care and the support they need from their caregivers at the facility.

Carley's Analysis

Carley found attentive staff and effective rehabilitation support appreciated by families, though care consistency, hygiene, and responsiveness to basic needs raised significant concerns.
