WILLOW CREEK LODGE

Wonderful building with a great staff! I cannot speak highly enough of the incredible care and support provided at Willow Creek Lodge. The therapy team is highly skilled and genuinely compassionate, taking the time to understand your personal needs and creating an individualized plan of care for each patient.

I have nothing but great things to say about the staff and this facility! Everyone I have met has been super passionate about what they do and goes above and beyond to help their patients get the care they deserve. I have recommended this facility to multiple families and they have had great experiences. Stephanie the Admissions Director has been so helpful with ensuring a smooth and quick process to help get patients a place to call home. Great facility and even better staff!

This facility has gone beyond and above. I was so worried about putting my mom in a nursing home.. The hardest decision I ever made.. I would call Stephanie, the former Admin Director and wait for another month or two, then call her back, and I would be indecisive. I waited again. Each time she was patient with me until I decided to admit her and that came with me asking 50 questions.lol. She was amazing and comforted me. Now update to the current.. The staff here I want to thank you so much.. Those words are not enough.. My mother's stay has been amazing.. To the clean rooms the clean hallways., the care for my mom is outstanding. Always on top of her care.. That she grew a bond with the staff.. She had so many names., granny, grandma, Ms. Myrtle, etc.. I want to give special shout-outs 😍., to Megan you know you was the go-to - to get it done 😊 Gabby, Joann, Ana, Amber, Keisha , with love to Belinda I needed that hug ☺️and Theresa for all the encouraging words from you both. James is always so prompt and keeps me updated when I call and ask where my mom is.. She will be at the nurse station with him., just chatting away.. Mercedes for always being direct with me (love that) and Leslie dropping everything when it came to my mom.. Thank you, Veronica and Candy.. If I didn't state your name it's because I do not know it...But I see you and thank you..I save the last words for Alexis you have been a backbone a supporter.. a director for me and my mom.. Keeping me updated until the very last of her stay.. You are truly the BEST❤️ Thank you all!!!! If you are in doubt about caring for your loved ones...
