From day one, the team treated her with so much kindness, respect, and genuine care. The nursing staff was attentive, responsive, and truly compassionate. They took the time to explain everything and made sure she felt safe and supported. You can tell they take pride in what they do. The therapy team was outstanding. They were motivating, encouraging, and focused on real results. My friend made incredible progress because of their dedication and consistency. They pushed her appropriately while always keeping her comfort and goals in mind. What really stood out was how well the teams worked together. Communication was clear, the building felt clean and organized, and the overall atmosphere was welcoming. Willow Bend has been nothing but spectacular. Everyone from dietary to management has been a pleasure to work with. I would highly recommend Willow Bend for any post-acute needs. The therapy department has been great and super helpful. The facility is also finishing up an amazing remodel! Very clean, bright and conforting!
