Heidi is amazing! She truly loves her residents and her facility is immaculate. Highly recommended!
My mother of 101 years, received exceptional and excellent care in this facility. All the staff, and I mean all the staff was exceptionally caring, attentive, welcoming, listened, positive and concerned for providing the best for my mother. Never was my mother ignored, found uncomfortable or in need of hygenic cleaning. The place is bright and clean (including no covered up urine smells) and is a well thought out designed facility. A special thanks to Heidi for helping the family psychologically with our mother's is transitioning. Keep up the good work.
Heidi is a kind caring and happy manger of willows at Leander. She is hands on with her residents feeding visiting and laughing with everyone. She also spends time with me answering my questions and letting me know how my husband is doing. I’m very grateful to have found a great place for him. The owner Shona is also kind and hands on.
