Their nonchalantness about the patients wellbeing is VERY alarming and it worries me. Their lack of excuses and normalizing why someone fell OR why they are not able to always make sure something is being done(like basic necessities) is heartbreaking and left me very emotional and distraught.
The worst experience I’ve ever had. I broke my back and was brought there late afternoon when no key people were around. I was dumped off in the bed and was never talked to until my husband came And he put me in a wheelchair and took me to the nurses station. I had no pain medication at all. After 15 minutes of discussion, a nurse or a CNA called the doctor and he had to prescribe the medication and I had to wait for it to be delivered.. I do not eat any sugar and they had nothing that was sugar-free. I can only imagine how the diabetics are treated at this establishment. Not one time did someone from the kitchen come in and ask me what I would like to have is my meals. I was given food that I could not eat, and was hungry. The time that I was there. My bed had broken springs and only when I was being discharged, we noticed outside that a truck was bringing in a new bed. A little too late. It was so loud in the hallways outside our door. It was a shared room. We had to constantly close the door to get any rest. I would not recommend this place. There are not many choices of rehabs so if you have to go to this one, I am just warning you of what the situation is there
I’d really like to recognize RN, Evan C. I want to thank him deeply for everything he did for my Grandma during her time at the nursing home and during her transition into hospice care. I truly can’t express how much it meant to us that he was there always checking on her, the family, showing her so much love, and keeping her spirits up. Secondly, the support he gave me and my family during all my our visits from June through August coming from out of town. He never made us feel like outsiders. He welcomed me, my aunt, and everyone else with such compassion and kindness. He was also super supportive during the most painful, unbearable moments when I couldn’t let myself cry in front of my grandma before she passed. Thank you for answering all our questions when we were uncertain and scared. Your support will forever be a huge part of my life knowing my Grandma’s last moments were peaceful!

Carley found a clean, welcoming environment with pleasant staff and engaging activities, though families reported concerning gaps in responsiveness to basic care needs and communication.
