Choosing Windsor of Harlingen was the best choice; they made the process smooth and stress-free. Their attention to every detail and commitment to ensuring that my family member would be happy, well-cared for, and treated with the utmost respect and consideration; was evident as soon as I walked through their front door. Highly recommended for anyone who is looking for a reliable, safe, clean care environment. Windsor of Harlingen has incredible features and a friendly, inviting environment. As I walked in, I was greeted by a sweet smell coming from an office that was soothing to me. The facility itself is impressive and so well kept. It is a beautiful facility with TV rooms, a dining hall, and many other amenities to offer. The Windsor of Harlingen customer service team is fantastic and always ready to assist. One nursing assistant by the name of Maria, was a wonderful help every single day with my family member. She was kind, polite and ready to help with whatever was asked of her. This employee deserves a RAISE! They are most assuredly a 5-star facility! KUDOS TO THEM!!!

My husband come into Windsor Nursing and Rehabilitation with multiple problems, in a wheelchair, with a trach and a feeding tube. Within a few weeks he is being discharged home. He is now walking with a walker, no longer has the trach and after almost 9 months of depending solely on it his feeding tube was removed today. He is eating a regular diet and steadily gaining strength and weight. I do not have the words to adequately thank this wonderful staff who worked so hard with him. His Speech Therapist, Vanessa, is The Best! She truly does work miracles. His physical and occupational therapists, Julio and Jay, were wonderful and patiently worked with him until he has proudly met his goals. All of the staff, the nurses, CNA’s and housekeepers were professional, kind and considerate. I would recommend this facility to anyone who is in need of their services.

The staff here was amazing, compassionate and HUMAN. I was treated with care and respect. The physical therapy staff (Jesse, Rick, and Julio) were the best!! Nora at the front office even lent me her fan!! Nurses (Carol, Brian) were so caring. There were others but can’t remember their names. Although I was there to rehab, all staff made my stay not seem like a bad place to be. A+ to everyone.
