WINDSOR NURSING AND REHABILITATION CENTER OF WESLACO

This is a shout out to Maggie the Office Manager. She navigated with me a complicated situation where my Aunt's health insurance claim was repeatedly denied. Maggie and I teamed up to get the necessary docs (that the insurance provider did not initially give us) and finally got the insurance provider to accept the claim. Maggie's tenacity and bedside manner with my Aunt impressed me. My Aunt has told me that the staff has treated her very well and she is happy with the service that has been provided. I look forward to building a good relationship with the team at Windsor of Weslaco.

The physical therapy, occupational therapy, and speech therapy departments did a fabulous job. I made great progress under their care. However, the nursing, physicians, and the facility left much to be desired. The place is in need of deep cleaning. The nursing staff lacks initiative, they were unorganized, often missing medications all together. They put me in a shower that was filthy and had a toilet plunger in it. I would not recommend this facility to anyone.

I AM SO HAPPY & SATISFIED THAT I DECIDED TO DO MY ANTIBIOTICS & WOUNDCARE AT WINDSOR IN WESLACO TX. IT WAS THE BEST 5 WEEKS THERE, ALL THE STAFF DIDN'T TREAT ME AS A PATIENT THEY TREATED ME LIKE FAMILY. BIG THANK YOU TO MY WOUNDCARE NURSE ASHLEY FOR GOING ABOVE & BEYOND FOR ME PLUS MY OTHER WOUNDCARE NURSE MISS LUCY SHE WAS ALSO AWESOME. PLUS I CAN'T FORGET ALL THE OTHER AWESOME DAILY NURSES LIKE MARIA, MISS P, VICTOR, KAYLA, BELINDA, MELISSA, EDDIE, NORA & RICK. PLUS MY AWESOME OVER NIGHT NURSES ELISA & SARAH. ALSO THE ACTIVITY DIRECTORS STEPHANIE & NATAYLA THEY MADE IT FUN FOR ME & CAN'T FORGET THE ADMINISTRATION CASSANDRA & IVANNA FOR ALWAYS MAKING SURE I WAS OK & WELL TAKEN CARE OF THANK YOU AGAIN WINDSOR OF WESLACO & I PROMISE I'LL BE BACK TO VISIT YA'LL SOON ❤️ 🙏
