WOODLAND SPRINGS NURSING CENTER

The facility was clean, staff was welcoming and very helpful. I can see that the residents are well groomed and well taken care of. I love all the activities they do!

Woodlands is bad place to be I have brother been there 16 yrs I been lied on trying help him want go back my brother lost me because somebody tryed cauxe troible wirh me over there and lied and gave my brorher wrong meds almost died from it his blood pressure over 200 I no iwas at hospital place needs closed down by state they gave him meds now rhdt made him turn againest his family now they expect me have meeting when they lied down there I decided not to why snywsy y'all lied ion me I can't pick up Curtis anymote so why call me about meeting

My experience at Woodland Springs the staff is friendly and the DON is very professional when addressing my question. The facility very clean and very warmth with decorations very well put together for the patient and anyone that's visiting is so enlightening. I enjoyed my visit. Blessing to the residents and staff.
